Returns & 30-day guarantee
We want you to be happy with every order. If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any costs to you.
How to request a replacement or refund
- Email hello@riothousesupply.com with your order number (starts with RH).
- Include a photo of the problem and the packaging.
- We'll reply within 2 business days. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.
Changed your mind?
Email us within 30 days of delivery. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund of the item price. We'll send you the return address; return shipping is paid by you unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
