How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous US states.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and then typically arrive in 3–8 business days. You'll get tracking once your order ships.
Where do you ship from?
Your order ships from a warehouse in the United States.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or outside the US?
Not at the moment. We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states only.
What if my item arrives damaged or isn't right?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number (it starts with RH) and the email you used at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@riothousesupply.com as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it ships.
